Alicia Hornyak, of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, represented both buyer and seller of a 1.68 acre lot located in Moreno Valley, CA, which closed successfully on January 16, 2018. The property will be the new home of the Water Drop Car Wash, a coin-operated, eco-friendly vehicle washing site. Water Drop Car Wash is expected to open in late 2018.
