TEMECULA – CBC Sudweeks Group today announced a merger with CORE Real Estate Services, also of Temecula.
The merger brings together two leading commercial real estate companies. CBC Sudweeks Group is among the highest grossing offices in west Riverside County, specializing in retail, office and medical listings. CORE Real Estate Services is also widely recognized as a leader in west Riverside County’s industrial and investment markets. CORE Real Estate Services associates include Corey Martin, Carey Pastor, Stan Nowak and Georgia Dettelbach.
The merger adds over 30 years of combined experience to CBC Sudweeks Group. The two firms combined for over $80 million in completed transactions in 2011.
Since acquiring the Coldwell Banker Commercial brand in mid-2011, CBC Sudweeks Group has tripled its size. Continued expansion is planned in the near future as the outlook for 2012 is one of growth.
