Leah Craghead is the Senior Property Manager for the Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, Asset Management Division. She is responsible for the daily and long term management and operations of commercial assets in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County. Leah is responsible for all duties during initial transition periods, logistics, operations and conflict resolution. She oversees all aspects of property accounting for new and existing properties. Her background in Commercial and Association management provides a strong foundation and resource to both Owners and Tenants. She handles the preparation and dissemination of monthly client, association and building reporting, along with the preparation of annual operating expense reconciliations. Additionally, she plays an important role in the day-to-day management of each property including managing vendors and liaising between tenants and Owners.
Leah holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration with Accounting Concentration and is also a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM-PM) with a specialization in Portfolio Management and member of the California Association of Community Managers. She offers extensive knowledge and experience in leading practices in all aspects of commercial
and association management in addition to having her Real Estate Salesperson license. She has experience in all areas of commercial management, offering management solutions to ensure each property is maintained to the highest standard.
Through experience, Leah has garnered many specialized skills pertaining to property management. In her current role, she is able to tactfully liaise between building owners, tenants, and brokers as well as manage the day-to-day tasks such as coordinating Vendors and property access, facilitating tenant moves, dispatching work orders, and maintaining contracts. In addition, she possesses the proven ability to cultivate and maintain positive owner, tenant, vendor, and community relationships adding value to her team and managed properties.
