Carley Gerber

Carley is the Senior Accountant for Coldwell Banker Commercial SC, Asset Management Division.

As an experienced accountant, Carley manages the day-to-day and long-term financials of commercial properties. She is the main contact for all client accounting transactions, including owner, tenant and vendor communications. Carley is responsible for financial analysis and reporting, tax planning, cash flow management, budgeting and maintaining the company’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Prior to joining CBC-SC, Carley worked as an Accountant and Senior Accountant. Carley holds a B.A. in Mathematical Education and a Minor in Accounting from Western Governors University.
