With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, brokerage, and development, Mr. Nunez has positioned himself as one of Southern California’s commercial real estate experts.
Nunez’s current specialty encompasses industrial, land entitlement, and office transactions with emphases on marketing, acquisition-disposition, transactional analysis, project entitlement, and investments.

During his career, he has been involved in over 1,000 acres of land entitlement and five million square feet of office and industrial facilities with a portfolio value well over $300 million.
