COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL SC HIRES EXECUTIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR IN SAN DIEGO
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 13, 2017) – Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) has hired Rhyne Brown to serve as Executive Managing Director for the company’s San Diego region. In his new role, Mr. Brown will be executing an aggressive recruiting plan and overseeing the delivery of integrated real estate solutions to a growing list of clients. He brings over 45 years of commercial real estate experience to CBC-SC and is noted for his creativity, his negotiating skills and his outgoing, open approach to the real estate business.
Prior to joining CBC-SC, Rhyne has served as a senior level manager or Principal with a number of highly successful real estate companies including; Executive Vice President of Global Client Development at NAI GLOBAL (New York City); Chief Operating Officer at NAI Mexico (Tijuana, B.C.) Principal at Rhinehart & Cancro LLC (Coronado, CA.), CEO of Lease Audit & Analysis Services (Washington D.C.) and Director of Real Estate Planning at ORS Associates (McLean, VA).
Mr. Brown holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Maryland in Urban Planning and has taken post-graduate work at Maryland, Georgetown University Law School and the M.I.T. Center for Real Estate Development. He is a member of N.A.I.O.P and served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army.
