A Shell gas station and convenience store on the North West corner of Benton Road and Temeku Circle in French Valley is under construction and expected to be complete in July 2016. In addition to the gas station, the new location will also feature Domino’s Pizza and El Burro Taco Shop. Jay Brun and Steve Castellanos of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC represented the Landlords and Tenants in the transaction.
