Allen NunezTEMECULA, CA (June 7, 2016) – The first of eight training sessions saw significant participation by brokers and administrative staff in a series of inter-office training courses hosted by Allen Nunez and Don Hudson of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC-SC). The “Anatomy of the Business” course was held in the San Diego office with over 25 brokers and administrative staff from their four offices in Redlands, Ontario, Temecula and San Diego.

 

Allen Nunez, Founding Partner of CBC-SC, addressed the class specifically focused on commercial real estate modeling, control, and delivery business strategies, clos­ing the course session with recommendations geared towards revenue generation.  Brandon Sudweeks, was also present to share his expertise.  While the program was initially put together and led by Allen, additional input is being added by CBC-SC’s Don Hudson, Executive Managing Director, and Jay Brun, Senior Vice President, both of whom will be leading future sessions with Allen. At CBC-SC, personal development is one of our top priorities.  Networking and training for our team is a vital component of the CBC-SC culture.
