CBC SC’s Michael Billings received his certificate of completion last week. On top of Michael completing the EBT program, he also won the Emerging Broker Training “Top Five” Student Award for 2016, ranking #4, in the Spring EBT Class. This prestigious accomplishment correlates with a perfect score among his peers. The program graduates acquire the knowledge, skill and resources necessary to succeed and thrive in today’s dynamic commercial real estate market, and is designed for emerging leaders with less than 18 months of industry experience.
The Emerging Broker Training program, staged over four months, is considered the foundation of the Coldwell Banker Commercial learning program and is aimed at professionals with less than one year of experience in commercial sales/leasing. It is consistently considered one of the most comprehensive new broker training programs in the industry.
Lead by Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) or SIOR instructors, the participants learn the techniques and skills needed to make a positive impact on the industry through a blended training program that includes field work, Webex classes, self-paced readings and Web courses, as well as mentoring from a seasoned professional in the student’s home office.
