INLAND EMPIRE (September 14, 2017) — Robert Mendieta represented the Lessee in a five-year Gross Lease of a 24,024 square foot Industrial space located at 22220 Opportunity Way, Unit D, Riverside, California. The space was leased to See Water, Inc. by Lessor, Bombay Partners, LP. This space is part of a larger 90,897 square foot building. The total consideration for this transaction exceeds $1 Million and the space will be used for manufacturing and distribution of water pumps and alarms. This facility has both Industrial square footage as well as Office so the Lessee will be able to have their executive staff, operations and sales in one place.

In an interview, Robert Mendieta reported, “Having worked with See Water, Inc. for the past three years, they had outgrown their previous facility and San Jacinto. They occupied an approximate 5,000 square foot manufacturing facility as well as an additional 2,400 square foot space which served as an overflow facility. It was time to get a property that would facilitate their growth. The new warehouse has plenty of room for manufacturing, sales, operations and distribution of their product. It was an honor to be a part of their vision and growth.”
