IRVINE, CA — Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) has recently announced the sale of 96 Corporate Park, a 41,585 square foot multi-tenant, creative-space office building to Bomel Construction for $15,050,000. The three-story building was bought as partial owner/user investment opportunity.

 

Bomel Construction has been designing and building parking structures, office buildings, hotels, stadiums and bridges for more than 40 years. The property will become the new headquarters for Bomel Construction, which is now located in Anaheim.

 

Gary Marquis, a Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC represented the buyer, Bomel Construction in the acquisition.
