CBC Sudweeks Group is pleased to welcome Carre Torres to the Asset Management Division of CBC.   Carre is an Asset Management Coordinator and will be responsible for the care and management of several of the properties managed by CBC Asset Management Division. In addition, she will orchestrate and oversee Association management meetings and portfolio reporting.

Carre has over 13 years’ experience in the real estate industry, including property management.   Before relocating to Temecula from the Los Angeles area, she served as Executive Officer of the Burbank Association of REALTORS. Her responsibilities included care, maintenance and overall financial health of not only the office, but the large office building, auditorium hall and income property.

Prior to her time with the Burbank Association of Realtors, Carre worked for the Coldwell Banker Carroll and Casey Realtor office. She received an award for Outstanding and Dedicated Service during her time with the firm.
