Move promises to bring hundreds of new jobs as commercial vacancy rate plummets

Temecula, CA, April 16, 2014– A 177,000 square foot industrial storage and manufacturing facility in Temecula, formerly occupied by Professional Hospital Supply, was recently sold to an injection molding company planning to expand its operations.  Bomatic, Inc., which produces high-quality plastic containers for companies like Sparkletts, Armor All, and Nestea, will relocate its headquarters from their existing facility in Ontario to the new Temecula location.  According to a Bomatic spokesperson, the expansion will initially bring 35 jobs to the Temecula Valley with plans to grow to over one hundred employees over the next five years.

Brandon Sudweeks and Brett Larson of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group represented the seller in the transaction.  Sudweeks, emphasizing the profound regional impact of the sale, notes:

“I have seen several manufacturing and distribution operations relocate from the San Diego area to Temecula in recent years. However, this the first time I have seen a major operation relocate from Ontario.” Sudweeks continues, “The industrial vacancy rate in the City of Temecula prior to the sale of the 177,000 square foot building was 6.8%. After the occupancy of Bomatic, the industrial vacancy rate will be 5.6%, the lowest since 2008.”
