Temecula, Calif. (2-17-15) – Brandon Sudweeks, President of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group, was named an advisor on the Coldwell Banker Commercial Worldwide Advisory Board this past week. The Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisory Board comprises a select group of CBC affiliate owners nationwide and was created to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between Coldwell Banker Commercial franchisees and the brand’s corporate leadership.

Not only does this designation place Sudweeks at the top of the Coldwell Banker Commercial corporate radar, he has also proven to be a trusted advisor in the Inland Empire and San Diego commercial real estate markets. With offices in Temecula, San Diego and Redlands, the company has a stake in many of Southern California’s fastest-growing markets.

“It is both an honor and a great responsibility to be able to serve as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate industry,” Sudweeks said. “It is important to me to work with my colleagues and to set the standard of the honest, reliable professional dealings that our brand has become known for.

Other members of the advisory board come from Florida, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina, Oregon and New York.

“We are extremely fortunate to have such experienced and talented individuals join the Advisory Board,” stated Fred Schmidt, president and chief operating officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates. “Each of these individuals is a leader and innovator, and I am confident that they will serve us well by providing an experienced perspective and important voice from our franchisees’ viewpoint.”

The advisory board will hold its first meeting in Dallas in the coming months.
