Ontario, CA – The Ontario Office of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC is pleased to announce the hire of Kim A. Wurm in the capacity of Senior Vice President. Kim spent twenty-five years with Coldwell Banker Commercial, and after being away from the company for five years; she has elected to accept the position of Senior Vice President.

Kim brings a passion and enthusiasm for this industry, and her determination to close every project in which she is involved has earned her the respect of her clients. During her career, she has distinguished herself working with some of the largest developers, REITS, and franchises in California. She has won numerous awards throughout her career and Coldwell Banker Commercial is happy to have her on its team once again.

Wurm has had incredible success in her career endeavors and has hit the ground running since rejoining CBC-SC. In just a few short weeks, she has placed several multi-million-dollar properties under contract, including one $145M listing. Marching orders on that project are to close quickly, which Wurm indicates is already in the works.

Kim’s passion extends beyond the real estate market to anyone in need. As an avid athlete, she recently observed a junior cyclist training in earnest for an upcoming race. A conversation ensued and Wurm learned that this young man, age 16, did not have a team or sponsorships and trained all on his own. Kim knows that talent and determination only take a rider so far and that, without some form of sponsorship, the young racer would not be able to pursue his dream.

Wurm leapt at the opportunity to help by arranging sponsors for various events. After the young cyclist won the California Junior State Championship in Victorville, CA by a wide margin, more sponsors came aboard. Thanks to Wurm’s efforts, he was able to travel and compete in the USA Cycling Amateur Road Nationals in Louisville, KY June 29 – July 2. Wurm’s attitude of, “giving back,” can be found in many endeavors such as this.
