Lake Elsinore, Calif. 2-24-15 — A Lake Elsinore industrial building located on 533 Birch St. sold on Feb. 24 for $355,000 ($91.75 per square foot). The seller was Stevenson Family Trust, represented by Carey Pastor and Cyndi Light of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group. The buyer was Elsinore Green, LLC, represented by Lee & Associates.

“This sale represents a positive moving of the bench mark for property values in the Lake Elsinore industrial sector,” Pastor said. “The significant amount of activity we had on this particular property was very encouraging, proving that the demand for industrial property in this market sector is very strong.

The building boasts a fenced yard and was constructed in 1988, according to Pastor of Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group. The buyer is expected occupy the building.
