TEMECULA — The Legacy Properties Group, of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC), recently announced the sale of 14,932 square feet of medical office space in the Parker Medical Center, located at 44605 Avenida de Missiones in Temecula. A joint venture partnership with Market Street Development purchased the entire first floor, entering into escrow pre-construction.
DaVita Dialysis will occupy ±12,224 sq. ft. of the purchased space and anticipate taking occupancy at the end of 2016. The remaining ±2,708 sq. ft. is already committed to be resold to a local doctor. Parker Medical, LLC, the seller, intends to retain the entire second floor and is being offered for lease only.
