TEMECULA — The Legacy Properties Group, of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC), has recently announced the sale of the 6,440 square foot Diamond Professional Center.  The fully-occupied office building, located at 31641 Auto Center Drive in Lake Elsinore, sold for $166 per square foot with a cap rate of 7.2 percent.
