With an ever-growing market in the Inland Empire and beyond, Spencer Hull has been instrumental in commercial brokerage for the past 10 years. Originally working at Lazar & Associates with Rick Lazar, Spencer made the transition with Rick to Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group two years ago.

Spencer has a unique skill set, allowing him to find common ground in, while simultaneously diffusing, tense situations. He has also demonstrated a thorough work ethic, providing solid results while always treating others the way that he would want to be treated.

Spencer originally found an interest in the real estate industry because of his mother’s career as a residential broker.

“I always believed I was capable of working on large-scale and more complex projects,” he said. “I loved the idea of working with business professionals and found that commercial real estate was a natural fit for me.”

As a team, he and Rick Lazar are dedicated to placing themselves on the top tier of the commercial real estate industry.

“We are actively pursuing larger projects and listings, and we are not afraid to compete for the listing that we want,” he continued.

Through the creation of strong marketing campaigns and placement in relevant media, such as radio programs, news articles and speaking engagements, they have been able to further themselves as relevant experts in the Inland Empire and Southern California.

“I believe that perception is reality. As we continue to establish ourselves as the most knowledgeable local experts, we will be able to hand-select and work alongside the highest caliber of business owners and professionals the industry over,” he said.

Spencer’s outlook on Southern California’s commercial market is favorable for the foreseeable future.

“Commercial real estate will continue to grow in California in spite of increasing government regulations and taxation. Warm climate and high quality of life will continue to drive an increasing demand over the next 25 years,” he predicted. ” We are already seeing  an increase in new home development, which has also spurred the need for future retail development and fulfillment warehouse and distribution centers to accommodate an ever-growing population coming to California.”

Spencer is a recipient of CBC’s Bronze Circle of Distinction Award for 2007, 2008, 2012, and 2013; Top Producer Award at Lazar & Associates; CBC’s Silver Circle of Distinction Award in 2011 and 2014; and CBC’s Top Two Award, a designation, reserved for the elite top two percent of producers.

Coldwell Banker Commercial Sudweeks Group is grateful to have such a strong asset in the company.
