San Diego, CA – Rhyne Brown, Coldwell Banker Commercial SC Regional Managing Director of the company announced today that Rob Kerr has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC-SC). Rob is highly regarded in the Commercial Real Estate industry, where he specializes and his primary focus is on the acquisition or disposition of all types of investment and owner-user properties.

 

Effective immediately, Kerr becomes Senior Vice President of CBC-SC in San Diego and will be tasked with expanding the Investment sales division for CBC-SC.

Rob brings decades of commercial real estate experience to his position with CBC-SC. He holds both the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations. He also has membership in CRA/NAR and ICSC organizations and continues to keep current with the latest in industry techniques, standards and market conditions to ensure that he maintains and increases his knowledge base, which in turn better serves his clients.

Rob and his wife relocated to San Diego from Canada in 1997 to run operations for an international company. They have three college graduated and active children. He is involved with numerous community organizations and enjoys all sports, whether he is coaching, participating or just a spectator. He also enjoys just spending time with his family.

 

CBC-SC has recently expanded its San Diego office. Their vision of building a new, highly innovative commercial real estate company with a legendary commercial real estate brand has helped them grow from 3 agents just a few years ago to over 30 agents, in 3 offices, covering all major specialties. They plan to add a few select, highly specialized agents in San Diego to complete their San Diego expansion plans.
