Steve Castellanos of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC represented the landlord in a recent lease with Naughty Pig Butcher Shop, a grass-fed, organic butcher, in the lease of their new location within the Madison Marketplace on Murrieta Hot Springs Road. Naughty Pig Butcher Shop will occupy 1,565 square feet of retail space in the center and will offer handmade bacon and sausage and grass fed beef products. They feature Black Angus Beef from Kansas, Duroc Pork from Iowa, Jodori Chicken from California, Colorado Lamb and only Wild Caught sustainable seafood.

Naughty Pig is scheduled to open in mid-November and will join other retail tenants in the Madison Marketplace, such as: Denny’s, Coldstone Creamery, Jersey Mike’s, Subway, NC3 Fitness, Chuy’s and more.
