ONTARIO — Coldwell Banker Commercial SC (CBC SC) just announced the sale of a freestanding warehouse in Fontana for an undisclosed amount to Berridge Manufacturing Company.

This 12,500 square foot building is located at 8443 Sultana Avenue in Fontana.  This will be the newest west coast facility for Berridge Manufacturing Company.

The buyer was represented by Rene Ramos, Jr., Thomas W. Sutera, Keley Frazier, and Daniel W. Richards of Coldwell Banker Commercial SC.
