How Long have you been with the Company: this is my 3rd year, I have been in industrial for 20 years. Yikes – did not realize it has been that long. LOL
What’s the most important market trend you see today? The shortage of available space for lease and for sale, while pricing on both remains high.
What has been one of your proudest moments in your career? When I find that perfect building for a client when none of us thought it was possible.
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? I paint. Landscapes mostly. Sometimes I read.
What is something you learned in the last week? That I am only responsible for me. I am always there to help, but others must help themselves too.
What music is in your favorite playlist right now? a mix of country, classic rock and some pop. I love various genres of music.
If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do? First – Help those in serious need in various parts of the world and Second – travel and/or backpack everywhere.
If you could pick 1 superpower, what would it be? I would fly like superman
Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Not sure – I don’t like to plan that far in advance but I would most likely be traveling somewhere. I love people and I love learning about new cultures. Or possibly on some trail somewhere. You never know what I might come up with next.
Tell us something that might surprise us about you? I backpack all alone. No, I am not crazy! Well, okay. Maybe a little. LOL
Tell us what or who inspires you? The joy and laughter of others especially children. They are always closest to my heart. And Brandon Sudweeks – he has withstood adversity and remains caring and kind. He is amazing!
