He saw a need for honest, knowledgeable real estate professionals and formed his own company. The new company was based on a revolutionary philosophy: the client’s best interest above all.
In 1914, Arthur Banker joined Colbert Coldwell as a full partner Coldwell Banker Commercial was born. Together they created a tradition of integrity, extraordinary service and customer satisfaction that became the company’s trademark.
